Shipping & delivery
Complete and fully paid orders on business days will be shipped within 1 working day. In case a product is temporarily out of stock unexpectedly, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
Shipping methods and expected delivery times
We use the services of various carriers, such as DHL, TNT and DPD to ship the items from our webshop. We have selected these carriers on the basis of optimal service in terms of price, speed and quality.
Through them you will receive Track & Trace notifications by email, so make sure you use a correct email address when placing the order. This will keep you informed about the current location of the package and when it is scheduled for delivery.
We deeply regret any driver delays or delayed deliveries. We ensure that our carriers deliver your order as scheduled. However, we, as Urifoon, cannot bear any responsibility and/or duties for delays caused by the delivery service.

Shipping rates
We don’t calculate shipping costs for orders:
- over € 50 within the Netherlands
- over € 150 to Belgium and Germany
- over € 250 to the rest of Europe
- over € 500 outside Europe
